Commercial Shingle Roofing Greenfield: Yetter Building
Back in the spring, at the start of the season, we kicked off another busy year with a commercial upgrade that set the tone for months to come.
Right on Bernardston Road in Greenfield, the Yetter Building—home to Gilmore & Farrell Insurance Agency and other local businesses—received a major roof upgrade early in the year. Looking back now, it’s a great example of how thoughtful material choices can elevate a commercial property. We installed CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Weathered Wood, a classic dimensional color blending rich browns, soft grays, and warm taupes. Over the course of the year, that tonal variation has continued to show its strength—adding depth and texture that shifts with the light, feeling warm and welcoming in the sun and clean and professional under overcast skies.
To prepare the building for New England winters, we also fabricated custom dark bronze snow panels along the eaves. These panels serve a critical safety role by controlling snow and ice over walkways, while their bronze finish ties seamlessly into the building’s trim and window framing. Nearly a year later, they still deliver the same polished, high-end look—proof that durability and design can work hand in hand on commercial roofing projects.
