Revitalizing Union Street: Our Work with WorkHub on Union

At Peak Performance Roofing, we believe that every project we take on is an opportunity to contribute not just to the buildings we work on, but to the community as a whole. That’s why we’re beyond excited to share our involvement in the WorkHub on Union Project! This project allowed us to bring together two of our specialties: flat roofing and custom metalwork.

Transforming the Roof and Storefront

For this project, we installed a brand-new flat roofing system, designed to provide long-term durability and protection for the WorkHub building. Flat roofs are a smart choice for commercial properties like this, offering cost-effective coverage that’s easy to maintain. Our team took care to ensure that the materials and installation process met the highest standards, creating a roofing system built to withstand years of New England weather.

But we didn’t stop there. To give the building a fresh, contemporary look, we also installed sleek black metal framing around the storefront. This modern touch doesn’t just enhance the building’s appearance—it adds a layer of durability and strength that ensures the storefront will continue to look amazing for years to come.

The result? A bold, stylish facade that perfectly complements the innovative, collaborative mission of WorkHub on Union.

Why This Project Matters to Us

This isn’t just another roofing job—it’s a project that speaks to the heart of what we do as a local business. The WorkHub on Union Project is all about revitalizing Union Street and creating a space where local businesses can thrive. By working on this building, we’re contributing to a larger vision of growth and community support. We’re proud to partner with other local organizations and businesses who share our passion for improving the town of Easthampton. Projects like these remind us that when neighbors help neighbors, the impact goes beyond the physical—it strengthens the bonds that make our community so special.

Looking Ahead

The WorkHub on Union project is a shining example of what’s possible when businesses work together to support each other. We’re honored to have been a part of this effort and can’t wait to see how this space helps local entrepreneurs and professionals grow.

At Peak Performance Roofing, we’re committed to delivering top-quality craftsmanship on every job, but it’s projects like this—ones that give back to our town—that mean the most to us.

Remember: when you shop local, you’re not just supporting businesses; you’re helping to build a better community.

Let’s continue building a stronger Easthampton, one roof at a time!

This October, we had the honor of sponsoring the Swing FORE Recovery charity golf event in Baltimore, alongside our friends at Project Map It. The event raised over $18,000 for Roofers in Recovery, a nonprofit that helps individuals in the roofing industry access professional treatment for addiction. We’ve seen firsthand how meaningful this cause is. Roofers in Recovery provides 30-day recovery programs for those ready to make a change — and gives them the support they need to rebuild. It’s a mission we deeply believe in, and one that reflects the strength and solidarity of the roofing community. Seeing so many roofing companies come together to support this event — through sponsorships, donations, and participation — was both inspiring and humbling. We’re proud to have had our name alongside so many others who care about making a real difference. Thank you to Project Map It for organizing such a powerful and successful event. We’re already looking forward to 2026 and helping reach next year’s fundraising goal of $30,000. Mitchell’s Funeral Home in Easthampton chose Peak Performance Roofing LLC for a Specialty Roofing Solution that blends timeless beauty with modern performance. The client wanted the classic look of clay roof tiles without the maintenance, so our team installed ATAS Techno Tile metal roofing—a durable, energy-efficient alternative that replicates the rich texture and color of traditional clay. We later expanded the project to include matching Techno Tiles on the elegant porte-cochère, enhancing the building’s curb appeal and architectural charm. This Easthampton roofing project perfectly showcases how metal roofing can deliver both style and longevity—proving it’s always a beautiful day for a beautiful roof. #RoofingEasthampton #RoofingEasthamptonMA #MetalRoofing #SpecialtyRoofing #PeakPerformanceRoofing #ATASTechnoTile

🏠 Building Together: Donating New Roof Installs with Habitat for Humanity At Peak Performance Roofing , giving back isn’t just something we talk about—it’s something we build into our work. That’s why we were honored to partner with Habitat for Humanity to donate new roofs for several single-family homes in the Florence and greater Northampton area. These homes weren’t just any construction projects—they were being built from the ground up by students from the local vocational school , learning the trades through real-world experience. We were proud to contribute our time and materials to support both affordable housing and the next generation of skilled workers. Our team provided full roofing systems—materials, labor, and all—at no cost. We worked alongside Habitat staff and instructors to ensure everything was done to the highest standard, giving the students a firsthand look at what quality craftsmanship looks like in the field. This collaboration was about more than roofs. It was about investing in our neighbors and empowering young people to take pride in their work. We're deeply grateful to have played a small part in a project that will provide safe, lasting homes for local families while helping students build the confidence and skills they’ll carry into their future careers. To us, community means building something bigger—together.
